Consignment of Your Vehicle

Seller Cost

Provide payment information (credit card of $150.00) for each vehicle.

Express Auctioneers will assign lot number(s) and provide them to you via phone or email. Once a lot number is assigned, you will need to submit your vehicle photos.

Vehicle photos should be emailed to LAM@ExpressAuctioneers.com once your lot number has been assigned. Include the auction and lot number in the email subject line. Express Auctioneers can advertise up to eight quality photos on our website. Consult the Vehicle Photography Guidelines document in your consignment package for more details.

If we receive the completed Auction Listing Contract, Auction Selling Contract and actual vehicle title by the deadline; you will qualify for Rapid Check-In at the auction.

RAPID CHECK-IN IS QUICK, EASY AND COMPLETE (IT SAVES YOU TIME WHEN CHECKING IN YOUR VEHICLE(S) AT THE AUCTION)! NOTE – CONSIGNMENT POSITIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL REQUEST FOR POSITION FORMS AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED.

Arrange for your car(s) to be at the auction during the specified check-in dates/times. See your Express Auctioneers Consignment Package for the check-in dates/times for the auction.

If you have qualified for Rapid Check-In , simply proceed to vehicle check-in area!

If not qualified for Rapid Check-In , you must visit our on-site auction office upon arrival to complete the check-in process.

If you have vehicle documentation with you, visit our on-site auction office. Do NOT leave any original documentation in the vehicle.

Be present when your car is on the auction block. Identify yourself to the auctioneers. An Express Auctioneers representative will be available during the auction block process.

Consignment of automotive related items accepted such as signs, gas pumps,oil cans,neon,and art etc for auction prior to car auction for each day. Only 100 items accepted. Items other than automotive items will be auctioned in separate area. selling fee 35% on items less than $100, all items over that amount 25% items over $500 15%.
